Cooking with Duck Fat

Looking for a healthy fat to add to your diet? Duck fat is tasty and helps to bring out the flavor in foods. If you are underweight, it helps to bring your body to a healthy weight. Also, if you have a low body temperature and suffer from having cold hands like I used to, you might want to try adding duck fat to your diet.
