Want to Easily Add More Greens in Your Diet?

Summer is almost here! It's the perfect opportunity to eat more liquid foods. If you are looking for a way to easily add more greens in your diet for you and your family then check out this recipe.

Try making a blended salad! It's super easy to make. Just take the ingredients that you would normally put into a salad and blend them! It's that easy.



In this recipe, I used spinach, parsley, a half of lemon and only a few slices of onion. Be careful of using too much onions and garlic. Once blended, they're more potent...very strong!



Add a bit of water to make it the consistency that you wish and there you go! Top it with olive oil or even a dash of mineral salt.

One taste will perk you right up! Consume as much as you wish. Be creative and feel great knowing that you're getting your greens in an easy to digest way.
